100 Days Outside
A gentle nature connection programme for curious souls led by Princetown Press.
Why Now?
This programme is designed to get you outdoors during the darkest time of the year. It's designed for people in the Northern Hemisphere and will run again starting 2 May for those living in the south. By starting on 1 November, the programme helps you develop gentle habits before the days get so wet, cold, and dark that you don't want to go outside. Instead of the pressure of a new year's resolution, we'll start before the hullabaloo of the holidays so that you have a daily routine in place as things get a little more difficult.
Seven Weekly Themes
- Tree Companions Getting to know the trees in your patch
- Tiny Discoveries The small wonders hiding in plain sight
- Sky Conversations Weather, clouds, and celestial moments
- Ground Stories What the earth beneath your feet reveals
- Creative Gathering Simple making with what you find
- Edge Explorations Where different worlds meet and mingle
- Mindful Wandering Slow observation and gentle movement
Each email includes a bit of inspiration from our wild colour work, and photos of our beloved Dartmoor. We hope you'll find them useful in seeing the beauty of your outdoors, even if you live in an urban environment.
