Gorse Earth Gift Set - Dartmoor foraged cards

Featuring ink from locally foraged gorse petals, and then printed with metal ornaments on our vintage printing press. Each card is numbered, and completely unique.

Two options are available:

  • Singles: includes a print, and envelope
  • Gift set: This set includes six cards, six envelopes, and ships in a box so that it's ready for gift-giving.

  • Appropriate for acknowledging loss and renewal.

Details

  • Ink: is locally made using gorse petals (Ulex europaeus), with an iron modifier.
  • Paper: recycled card, 300gsm
  • Decorative flowers: printed by hand using metal ornaments and synthetic pink ink (made in the UK)
  • Light fastness: the pink flowers are light fast; the gorse petal ink is meant to fade (the fading process will be faster if the piece is left in direct sunlight)

All of our papers are recycled, and British where possible. We can provide you specific details on certifications each paper has, and the mill where they were made.
