Dartmoor Souvenirs
Looking for a gift, or a keepsake of your own time on Dartmoor? This collection gathers letterpress prints, cards, and framed artwork — souvenirs tied to a specific tor, tree, or settlement, rather than a generic view of the moor.
Our collection includes:
- Letterpress broadsheets on Dartmoor's plants and history — oak, hawthorn, rowan, and the pollen record.
- Poster prints of historic tor names and Dartmoor settlements.
- Greeting card sets in our oak and hawthorn designs.
- A spiral-bound notebook with a wood type cover, suited to fountain pens, pencil, and ink.
- Framed oak miniatures, available in four frame styles.
- On the Record, a short essay on the pollen history of Dartmoor.
Everything is printed by hand in our workshop at Tor Royal, Princetown — at the heart of Dartmoor National Park, a short walk from the mire that gave Conan Doyle his Hound of the Baskervilles. We use vintage presses and metal and wood type, and each piece carries the slight variation that comes with printing this way.
Our handmade botanical inks, foraged from plants found across Dartmoor, now have their own collection: Wild and Foraged Colour.
